Return and exchange policy
At Black Phone, our goal is your satisfaction and your trust is our gain. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back the sold product within (7) days from the date you ordered the product
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:
To return and exchange the product, the customer must call the BlackPhone Helpline (0562223335) or email us at email@example.com for assistance.
Return and exchange?
The product will be returned to Black Phone Company within 7 days from the date the customer requested the product, and it will be replaced within 14 days from the date of receipt by Black Phone General Trading Company, taking into account the availability of the product in the market.
Conditions for returning the product?
You must keep the invoice, a copy of it, or the order number.
The product must be in factory condition, in its original packaging and not damaged or scratched (if the product is a phone from any company or any Apple product, the product must be unopened from its protective cover available from the factory).
The customer has the right to request that the product be returned to Black Phone General Trading Company within (7) days from the date of ordering the product.
The product is not on the list of non-returnable products. (Non-returnable products).
There is a defect in the product.
Cases of refusal to return a product:
In the event that the customer does not have the purchase invoice or proof of his purchase from Black Phone General Trading Company.
If it is a product of temporary offers, discounts, sales, or sales.
More than 14 days must have passed since the product was purchased
It must be a product for personal use, such as perfumes and personal care devices
If the product is used and not in its original condition
If it is a product that has a serial number and it has been opened or the serial number has been tampered with or missing from the packaging
If it is among the list of non-returnable products
What do I do when I change my mind and want to return the product:
Our valued customer, we will gladly return the product, but on the condition that it is in its original packaging and that no scratches have occurred on the product’s packaging and that it is not within the conditions of non-returnable products, with shipping fees or any other fees deducted within (7) days of receiving the product.
What if the order is canceled during the processing and shipping stage:
In the processing and non-shipping stage: the order will be gladly canceled and nothing will be charged or deducted from you.
At the shipping stage: The full amount will be returned to you, minus the full shipping price and any other fees.
Upon arrival at the customer’s door: The product will be returned, minus shipping and delivery fees or other fees (if it does not violate the return conditions).
What if the customer receives a different product than what he ordered on the invoice:
We will gladly return the product provided that no more than 3 days have passed since the date of receipt and the product is in its original packaging and has never been damaged or used. Nothing will be deducted from you, our valued customer.
What if the product is damaged:
If the product is damaged or defective from the manufacturer, it will be replaced with another product or a similar product, and if it is not possible to replace it, the purchase amount will be returned.
When will my money be refunded or the product replaced:
The money will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days, while the product will be replaced within a maximum period of 14 days. In addition, coordination will be made with the customer through the support team.
